Directions:

1.  On the wrong side of the fabric, find the center by measuring or folding the fabric in quarters & place a dot.  You may also use a cutting mat as a grid.

2.  On the center dot, position a stiletto or pointer in the “0” Hole of the ruler.

3.  Place marking pen in the desired circle diameter, and hold the stiletto tight.  Then draw the circle, allowing the ruler to spin in a circle.
